By using Mashfak you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You must be of legal age (18) or use the platform under the supervision of a guardian. If you do not agree to any clause, please stop using the service.

Mashfak is an informational directory that helps users discover healthcare facilities licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Health. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not own the listed facilities, and we do not guarantee availability or appointments. Information is aggregated from public sources, including Google Maps and open data, and may change without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate, current information when registering, in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law. We may suspend or delete any account that breaches these Terms.

Reviews and comments remain yours, but you grant Mashfak a non-exclusive, transferable license to display, moderate, and archive them within the platform.

Under the Saudi Anti-Cyber Crime Law, you may not publish content that affects public order, religious values, public morals, or personal privacy, or that includes defamation, libel, or false medical information. We may remove any content that violates this without prior notice.

All trademarks, logos, text, and designs on Mashfak are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Saudi intellectual property regulations. They may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Mashfak and its staff are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to access, the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the principles of Islamic Shari'ah. The competent Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time and publish them on this page. We will make a reasonable effort to notify users of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
